Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange is only applicable for:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item received
Return Policy
- We currently do not offer cash refunds.
- In special cases (such as out-of-stock exchange items), a store credit may be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear pictures of the issue for quick assistance.
