Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange is only applicable for:
    • Size issues
    • Damaged or defective items
    • Wrong item received

Return Policy

  • We currently do not offer cash refunds.
  • In special cases (such as out-of-stock exchange items), a store credit may be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear pictures of the issue for quick assistance.

Exchange Process

  3. Send the item back to the provided address.
  4. Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
